What the checklist on your Overview is for
When you create an account we set up as much as we honestly can: a starter service list for the kind of work you chose, starter opening hours of Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, and a website draft. None of that is a guess about your prices or your real hours — it is a starting point you are meant to change.
The five steps on your Overview page are the ones only you can do: price your services, set your real hours, connect Stripe so payments reach your bank, publish your website, and add your first family. The checklist ticks a step off when the underlying record exists, so it always reflects your account rather than a tour you clicked through.
If you only do two things today
Price at least one service and mark it bookable, then check your hours. Those two together are what makes your booking page able to offer a real time to a real family.
