Sitterz sells software to family-service businesses. It stores and displays what those businesses enter. It does not vet, verify, certify, rate, match, recommend, or employ anyone, and it does not provide care. Every business on the platform is independently owned and is responsible for its own hiring, screening, insurance, compliance, and the service it delivers. That is the position, and every document above is written to be consistent with it.
