Is there a trial?
Yes. Every plan on the grid — Solo, Team, Growth — is free for your first 30 days. You pick the plan at signup and can change it before anything bills.
When does my subscription actually start?
Your subscription starts when your 30-day trial ends. Nothing you do inside the trial starts it early — publishing your business website included.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No payment method is needed to open a workspace. You add one in Settings → Subscription before your trial ends, and nothing is charged before then.
Is there a fee on the payments I collect?
Yes, and it is not on the cards. Once your plan starts, Sitterz takes 1% of each customer payment you collect through Stripe, capped at $500 per transaction. It is charged on top of the subscription. Stripe’s own processing fees are separate and go to Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude tax.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — switch the grid above to annual and the price shown is what you pay per month, billed once a year. On today’s catalog that is 20% less per month than paying monthly.
How do I cancel?
In your workspace, under Settings → Subscription, “Manage billing” opens the billing portal. Plan changes and cancellation both happen there — there is no form to fill in and nobody to talk to first.
